The Clapback
Your Guide to Calling Out Racist Stereotypes
The Clapback: Your Guide to Calling out Racist Stereotypes examines the evolution of negative stereotypes and beliefs about black people and the black community and debunks them factually and scientifically.
It addresses these prejudices and stereotypes with a humorous voice and personal experiences to bring the issues to life. Just think of it as a cross between Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie’s ‘Americanh’ and Steven Levitt’s ‘Freakonomics’ and ‘Super-Freakonomics’.
It was well received and led to widespread media coverage. As a result of The Clapback, Elijah was recognised as one of the top 30 Black authors by the Black British Business Awards.
